Is PSE going to have the pay back program in 2004?

There will be a PSE Pays Program for 2004. All the details have not been ironed out yet, but it will include PSE, AR and Browning.

The tournaments have not been defined as of yet, but I believe that it will include some of the ASA and IBO.
