Welcome to the forum.
2216 are about the heaviest spine you can use which are excellent for hunting. its roughly about 327 gr
if you really would like to use a lighter arrow buy a carbon arrow with a 400 spine. Axis arrow will be roughly 243 gr.
it is difficult to determine arrow speed without putting it through a chronographer. there are many variables. bow tune? string accessories? string silencers, d-loop, kisser, peep styles, types of fletching? how many fletching? broadhead/field point weight? etc...
speed doesn't kill only accuracy does. my fav bow is shooting a 833 gr arrow at 190 fps and it does the job just fine!
